What started as a small operation in Bellevue has grown into one of the region's most trusted building services providers. Today, we serve more than 250 accounts throughout Washington State, from commercial office buildings and high-tech campuses to industrial facilities, medical centers, and retail environments. Founded Alliance in 2006 and built it from the ground up. Previously managed a $12M operation with over 460 employees. Drives the "Alliance Standard", a proactive, responsive service model focused on long-term client retention and sustainable growth.
Scott Smith
Vice President & Principal
A principal since 2007 with deep roots in the industry, formerly a Regional Manager for a global equipment manufacturer. Holds IICRC certifications in both hard and soft floor care. Oversees Alliance's specialty teams to ensure technical excellence.
Brandon Burton
General Manager of Operations
Nearly 20 years managing custodial teams for premier commercial environments. Former U.S. Marine Corps Sergeant. Brings a disciplined, detail-oriented approach to every janitorial program, ensuring the highest standards of excellence.
